Each Wednesday, enjoy an authentic Argentinean BBQ "Asado" where Executive Chef "Gonzalo," a native of Argentina, prepares traditional family recipes for your enjoyment. The fire pit and millions of stars will illuminate the evening.

Mexicanisimo at La Palapa
Each Thursday we feature an authentic Mexican Fiesta on our oceanfront patio, highlighting foods from various regions of Mexico with live music and a dazzling firework display. An outdoor marketplace is also available, selling souvenirs, jewelry and crafts by local vendors.

Fish Market at La Palapa
Every Friday, directly from our local waters, select your catch of the day and our Chef will prepare an original British recipe "Fish and Chips" or the traditional Mexican "A la Talla" style. While your fish is being prepared enjoy our seafood soup and a selection of salads.

Sunday Brunch at Auberge Private Residences
Join us every Sunday for a gourmet celebration where you will discover a wide selection of foods to entice and satisfy nearly every palate. Enjoy everything from prime rib au jus & salted crusted salmon to our traditional homemade French toast with chocolate sauce. Tequila Tasting
At Esperanza, guests can sample more than 100 varieties of Mexico's most sophisticated tequilas made from pure agave, including those expressly paired with dessert or cigars. Our Master Tequilero will take you on a historical journey into the origins of tequila and the complex and meticulous process of its creation before initiating you into the Blue Agave Society. Experience six different varieties to sample, each with surprisingly different flavors.

Cooking Class
Join Executive Chef Gonzalo Cerda in our main kitchen for an interactive and personalized session filled with techniques, tips and secret recipes. The session ends with a luncheon consisting of the dishes prepared with the chef.

Mexican Wine Journey
Take a fantastic journey through some of the wine growing regions of Mexico and enjoy some of the distinctive local wines. Learn about the many grape varieties grown here and the rich history of how Mexican winemakers perform their craft.
