POLICIES
Rates in US Dollars are per room, per night, single/double occupancy and are
subject to change. Packages and summer specials are subject to availability. Daily rates do not include a
nightly 13% tax and 15% service charge, subject to change without notice. A 10% tax and 15% gratuity will be
added to all Food & Beverage checks.
$125 additional charge per night for third person 16 years of age and older in room. Rollaway beds are
available at an additional nightly charge of $60.

MINIMUM STAY
REQUIREMENTS
A four-night minimum stay is required for all weekend bookings January thru April except
February and March when a seven-night stay is required.
Christmas/New Year's season bookings require a seven-night minimum stay with either a December 19 arrival and
December 26 departure or a December 26 arrival with a January 2 (or later) departure. Other major holidays
require a four or five-night minimum stay.

PAYMENT &
CANCELLATIONS
At the time of booking, a 50% deposit plus all applicable taxes is required to confirm
nightly rate and package reservations. If reservations are made within 30 days to arrival date, full payment
is due. For cancellations outside of 28 days prior to scheduled arrival date there is a $100.00 processing
fee. Cancellation 28 days or less prior to scheduled arrival date is non-refundable. Accepted credit cards
are Visa, MasterCard or American Express. For Christmas/New Year’s season require special deposit and
cancellation policies apply.

ARRIVAL &
DEPARTURE
Guests may check in after 3:00 p.m. Check-out is at 12:00 p.m. daily. Changing facilities
are available for early arrivals and late departures.

PET POLICY
There is
a 25 lb. maximum weight limit on pets. Pets must be on a leash at all times while on property and they are
not permitted in the restaurant or pool areas.
$125.00 per pet non-refundable fee is due at time of reservation.

CHILDREN’S
POLICY
We recommend The Villas at Esperanza for families traveling with children under the age of 16
years old. Villas are available in 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms.
