Fresh Indigenous Ingredients
We use a selection of natural healing agents, indigenous to the region, to create a delightful
palette of enriching and fun spa treatments. Fresh fruits, sea greens, desert herbs, and
minerals are prepared fresh daily for a unique spa experience that will replenish the body
and nourish the skin.
Aloe Glaze Skin Soother
90 minutes
Take refuge from the elements with one of the desert’s gifts. You’ll be cocooned
in a soothing aloe glaze wrap while receiving a gentle scalp and foot massage.
After replenishing your skin with the healing benefits of Aloe Vera, a full-body massage
with rehydrating aloe lotion will leave your skin soft and nourished.
Desert Clay Purification
90 minutes
Rediscover the ancient ritual for drawing impurities from the body. A soft red clay
mask envelops the body while you receive a relaxing scalp and foot massage. The clay
mask is removed with a natural-fiber Ayate cactus cloth, leaving your skin exfoliated
and smooth. A complete massage using our Desert Sage aromatherapy oil further
enhances detoxification and relaxation.
Auberge Head to Toe

Enjoy any full-body massage combined with a Sea Greens Hair & Scalp Treatment and finish
with a Salt of the Sea Foot Revitalizer. A favorite at all of the Auberge spas.
Papaya-Mango Body Polish

This tropical delight features fruit enzymes, one of nature’s best remedies for skin cell renewal. Crushed papaya and mango, combined with gentle native cornmeal, makes for the ultimate body scrub. A water rinse precedes a massage application of our own Tropical Essence Body Oil.
Add a Hibiscus Anti-Oxidant Flower Bath

Local hibiscus flowers are packed with Vitamin C, a crucial antioxidant for healthy and youthful skin.

Salt of the Sea Body Polish

The sea is rich in minerals which our bodies crave. This invigorating body exfoliation uses a unique
blend of sea and mineral salts and pure essential oils. Scrub, rinse and then let your skin drink up the benefits of emollient oils during a full-body massage.
Add a Salt of the Sea Soak

Remineralize your body by taking your salt scrub into the tub. Your skin will be prepared to absorb
the healthful benefits of a mineral soak, and your muscles will melt while your mind drifts away.
Sea Greens Body Replenisher
90 minutes
Plants from the sea remineralize the skin by providing valuable vitamins and antioxidants. First, your skin will be gently exfoliated using a natural-fiber Ayate cactus cloth. Then you’ll receive a scalp and foot massage while cocooned in a warming, seaweed body mask. A complete massage, with Sea Plasma Lotion and essential oils, deeply replenishes the skin and relaxes tense muscles.
Add a Sea Greens Thalassotherapy Bath

Thalassotherapy is based on the traditional use of sea water and seaweed to stimulate the metabolism, detoxify the body, and tone the skin. After the application of your seaweed body mask, sink into a warm seaweed bath.
Grated Coconut and Lime Body Exfoliation

A gentle exfoliation with a delicious coconut scrub is followed by a refreshing rinse, and topped with a massage using our very own Baja Lime Replenishing Body Lotion.

Couple’s Clay Bake

Starting with a Damiana Agua Fresca (a traditional and all-natural Mexican aphrodisiac) and a warm
soak in your private pool, a nutrient-rich clay mask
is applied moist and allowed to dry outdoors in the sun. Rinse off in a luxurious shower using an
Ayate cactus natural-fiber wash cloth to remove the mask, followed by a massage with desert sage oil.

For the two of you…Share your massage experience with someone you care about.
Damiana Alegre

Begin with a private soak in our couples’ pool, followed by a body exfoliation with the native
Aztec grain, Amaranth, blended with sea essences. Next, indulge your skin with a nutritive Honey
and Damiana wrap while your scalp and feet are massaged. Enjoy an outdoor rinse together before
receiving a relaxing Coconut Oil Massage. Finish
this joyful experience side by side with a Damiana Coconut Cream Agua Fresca and a traditional Alegria
Amaranth pastry. Damiana is a wild, night blooming flower known to induce the feelings of love.
Extend the Romance

PASAJE DE AQUA, ESPERANZA'S EXCLUSIVE WATER THERAPY
Indulge in our unique “Water Passage” which draws upon the tradition of using hot and cold waters,
steam, and rest for purifying and rejuvenating the body. Our water therapy experience includes a warm-spring soaking pool, steam caves,
and a cool waterfall rinse. Then replenish your body with our selection of Aguas Frescas, indigenous fresh fruit beverages.
MEDICAL
Please inform us of any medical or special needs that require our attention. If you have high blood pressure or are pregnant, please avoid any heat treatments, steam caves and warm pools.
WHAT TO WEAR
A robe, sandals and a locker will be provided upon your arrival. You will be properly draped for the duration of your treatment. Since the Pasaje de Agua is a separate experience for men and women, clothing is optional.
TAXES & GRATUITIES
In appreciation for our outstanding service, gratuities may be given to the staff at your discretion; 15-20% is customary. A
10% tax will be added to all treatments.
CANCELLATION POLICY
To change or cancel your appointment, please give five hours notice to
avoid being charged in full. Morning appointments must be cancelled by 6pm the evening prior.
